Road Craft

FOCUS ON SUPPORTING ROAD SAFETY & DRIVER EDUCATION

The club invests $10,000 each year in supplementing the costs of these courses for students at both Mountain Creek and Maroochydore State High Schools.

Forty-eight year 10 and year 11 students participated in the Roadcraft Driver Awareness Program from Maroochydore State High School..

Students were able to develop a greater appreciation of risks and practical skills to avoid danger on the road. Skills such as cornering, curve braking, emergency braking and skid prevention were focused on over the two-day course.

Maroochydore SHS would like to thank the Lions Club of Mooloolaba for supporting our students once again.
